The tyre conditioner is equipped with the most powerful pneumatic cylinder to allow any compressor to fold any tyre, without fatigue. So tripling all day is not a problem. The cylinder is oiled for life and has a manufacturer's warranty of over 10,000 km. This is coupled with a filter, so that it can work without stopping or maintenance. The chassis is made entirely of steel from 3 to 30mm, laser cut, welded and powder coated. This process guarantees a perfect regularity on all the copies. The machine operates at a maximum pressure of 8 bar, regulated with the pressure regulator installed on the frame. This machine requires a pneumatic compressor, ideally 100-200L, not supplied.
